2018 Volkswagen Atlas features and specs
Volkswagen is officially throwing their hat into the family SUV ring, and we couldn’t be more excited! Last week VW unveiled their plans for the new 2018 Volkswagen Atlas, a 3-row, 7-passenger SUV that is their leap into the heart of the American family. Big, bold, and beautiful, the 2018 Atlas comes with Volkswagen’s famous driving dynamics and hallmark detailing, yet offers more space than any Volkswagen before it.
The Tiguan is quickly becoming a fan favorite among Volkswagen lovers due to its innovative style and its abundance of technological features found standard even on their base trim. This sporty crossover had so much to give that Volkswagen couldn’t stop at just a few models, adding more and more features as the trims go up. VW recently announced that the #PinkBeetle, originally revealed as a concept model at the 2015 New York Auto Show, will go into production as a 2017 Volkswagen model. As crossovers and small SUVs continue to rise in popularity among new-car buyers, Volkswagen has recognized the need to expand its crossover offerings. A redesigned 2017 Tiguan with an available three-row-seating configuration should debut this year, and two smaller crossovers modeled on the T-Roc and T-Cross Breeze concepts are coming soon, too. A redesign for the midsize Touareg is also in the works, and the T-Prime crossover will enter the premium full-size SUV class in the US in 2017, according to VW’s action plan. (more…)
