We can’t deny it anymore…summer is quickly coming to an end. As sad as we are about the end of the season, we are excited to enjoy our three-day weekend when Labor Day comes at the beginning of September. Jay Leno’s Garage is known for featuring some of the most unique and outrageously expensive vehicles in the world, so what convinced him to feature a 1966 VW Beetle? A turbocharged, sports-car engine modification might have something to do with it! Mario Markakis, the 1966 Beetle owner who built the car, says the car is rated at 250-280 horsepower and 255 pound-feet of torque.
