Fun Things to do this Thanksgiving in Schuylkill County 

Pumpkin pie and turkey meals are here for November traditions. Now that Thanksgiving is on its way, it’s time to enjoy the season! Burn Before the Bird 

Before sitting down for a big Thanksgiving meal, get your heart pumping and burn off your energy to make room for all of that turkey. Sponsored by Central Bucks CrossFit, this 9th Burn Before the Bird event will have any 2-person teams complete a run and then a variety of CrossFit challenges. The top 3 teams will advance to the finals.

Bring a bouquet of festive flowers to Thanksgiving dinner. Whether you’re bringing a gift, or just sprucing up the atmosphere, Forget Me Not Florist has plenty of special Thanksgiving selections to celebrate the season.

Gratefulness Gathering 

The 1st annual Gratefulness Gathering is kicking off, hosted by Bake Shop VI and Gather & Bloom. You’ll enjoy the finest baked goods and craft your own personal flor arrangement to keep. All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Salvation Army to provide Thanksgiving dinners to local families in the area. 

Schuylkill County’s Barns & Farms 

Learn about Schuylkill County’s historical past through its famous locations and unique architecture. Enjoy the company of likeminded Schuylkill residents and free refreshments as you have an informative and fun experience. Questions and photos are welcome on the tour.
