I just wanted to tell you how great of a team you guys have! I haven't dealt with anyone over at J. Bertolet since we purchased the vehicle, buy my car is in the shop now and I just wanted to tell you how wonderful your team is. I always like to "test" companies that claim to offer support online and I was very pleased with the results I got scheduling my service online. Most say they will get back to you within 24 hours and then in actuality, you wait days and by then you have already picked another place and go there because they can serve you quicker! Gary got back to me within a few hours and was VERY helpful. THEN, the next day, Dave emailed to tell me that he was very sorry that he was out of the office and wished he could have gotten to me sooner. I told him not to worry that Gary had already taken care of it. I remember the one thing that always upset me at the Law Firm I worked for was that there was never any contingency plans in place if someone was out sick or if the computers were down. Seems as though you guys have a good system and Gary was a huge help and listened to all my concerns and even called tom make sure that I understood everything before the work was done. He was very informative and easy to understand. I have never had that kind of service before! Thank you! Great Job!!

The check to cover the fee for a second key to my 2005 Beetle arrived yesterday. I want to thank you very much for agreeing to pay for the key, but also, for honoring your word to do it for me. In this corporate world today, it's pretty rare that one can find a man who says & does what his word promises. Such a man is you, and I'm very grateful.
