J. Bertolet is truly the epitome of the perfect dealership in every aspect. From service, window-shopping, purchasing, phone calls and questions they truly are an amazing group of people who always put the customer first with regard to everything. This is our second purchase from this dealership in 4 years ad we could not be more satisfied with everything they do. I wish I could have rated them higher than a 10 with an ABOVE EXCEPTIONAL rating. As long as VW continues to make great vehicles I will never shop another dealership for my personal automobile. The Service Department changed my appointment from 1:30pm to 11:00am to accommodate a last minute change in my schedule. I appreciate that very much. I purchased my first car -a Beetle Convertible- from Bertolet VW in 1966. This year is my 45th anniversary with them. I steered my husband Philip to Bertolet to buy this first VW -a Jetta- after we were married in 1984. June 7th was the 30th anniversary of his ordination and his 26th year with Bertolet. He bought a 2011 Jetta S there on May 28th. Good feelings all around.

The Bertolets were amazing. They were helpful during my purchase and treated me the way I want to be treated by any dealer - like family. I test drove countless vehicles before making the decision to lease my Jetta. Other dealers were dishonest and disrespectful. That was not the case with John and his father. John gave me a thorough tour of the vehicle before we began the test drive and pointed out certain features that I hadn’t noticed. After having the car for a week, I believe that he accurately described features and the car has met and exceeded my expectations on certain aspects of performance that I mentioned were important to me. The delivery of the vehicle was efficient yet thorough. Before I left, John and his father chatted with my family and even played with my dog! I could not have asked better service and I have already recommended the Bertolets to friends and acquaintances. I look forward to working with them over the next 3 years of my lease and through my next VW purchase.

Versus other experiences at other VW Dealers, we had absolutely NO pressure in our purchase. We were given time to ask questions, to test drive, and to consider other options.
