Gary Bertolet (yup, he's related), has seen it all in his 30 years with his head under a car. Gary has sucked more exhaust and drained more oil in his years of service than any of us could even imagine. When the G-Man gets bogged down, we have Travis Leymeister to grab the reigns. It's a good bet you will find Travis sitting behind his computer typing something for warranty or working out body shop appraisals. When all else fails there is Todd Sterner. Somewhat new to the Service, Todd is transplanted from the Parts so he is still learning. Be patient, he gets enough grief from us in one day! Lastly, we have our cooks in the service kitchen. Jermey, Nick, Joe, and Guy are our tech-chefs that will serve your car up with some fresh oil on a beautiful bed of lettuce...I mean fully inflated tires.
