| It doesn't matter if you are looking for an oil filter for an '87 Scirocco or a set of alloy rims for your '07 GTI, our Parts Team will have it or get it for you. Parts manager Kerry Gerber has been behind our parts counter for more than 20 years. He counts headlight bulbs and mufflers to fall asleep at night. His partner, Randy Whalen is Robin to Kerry's Batman. Armed with his blue bomber van, loaded with parts goodies for customers, Randy is the Santa to garages and body shops around Schuylkill, Lehigh, Berks and Carbon counties. Call and arrange it, Kerry will order it and Randy will be at your shop in no time.
To order a part, you can simply fill out our online parts form. Or visit DriverGear and check out our full line of Real Volkswagen Accessories and DriverGear merchandise. |

| Volkswagens are anything but ordinary. Your service on them and your experience shouldn't be either. Considered the finest service department in all the land, we treat your Volkswagen like the Prince (or Princess) that it is.
Gary Bertolet (yup, he's related), has seen it all in his 30 years with his head under a car. Gary has sucked more exhaust fumes and drained more oil in his years of service than any of us could even imagine. When the G-Man gets bogged down, we have Todd Sterner to grab the reigns. It's a good bet you will find Todd sitting behind his computer typing something for warranty or booking appointments. When all else fails there is Robert Moser. Although new to our Service Department, he is no stranger to working with customers and cars. While learning the tricks of our Service Department, Bob is more than ready to handle your VW service needs. Lastly, we have our cooks in the service kitchen. Jeremy, Nick, and Joe are our tech-chefs that will serve your car up with some fresh oil on a beautiful bed of lettuce...I mean fully inflated tires. Their job is to keep your little "driver" running. When you need service, just make an appointment with our handy online scheduler. Having a car dealership can be a trying task, especially when cars need to be cleaned and gassed up. Brendon Caruano is "top notch" when it comes to dealing with these matters. Working out on the lot and in our wash rack, Brendon does a fine job of keeping all those VWs clean and spotless.
